Charlie Weis to become the Chiefs Offensive Coordinator

Nathan Nau Ex-Notre Dame coach Charlie Weis has agreed to become the Chiefs new offensive coordinator, according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen. He’ll reportedly be named Kansas City’s new playcaller “within the next 24-48 hours.” The fit is logical because Weis’ offense is virtually the exact same as coach Todd Haley’s, right down to the no-huddle heavy aspects.
